Coleen Salisbury 4.0

An exquisite Blended Kentucky Straight Bourbon, one component crafted with a 12% Rye mash bill, and the other with a 39% High-Rye mash bill. Both were aged for at least 6 years in new charred American White Oak casks before being bottled at 123.4 proof. It begins with aromatic notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. The mid-palate introduces flavors of baked apples, sweet corn, and brown sugar, concluding with a long, warm finish of toasted oak, rye spice, roasted almonds, and burnt sugar.

Helen Rodgers 3.8

The aroma is dominated by oak, with a higher proof and floral/spice notes on the mid-palate. The finish is a persistent bread dough flavor with a warming sensation.

Frieda Schubert 3.0

Sweetness from oak and caramel. A touch of spice with a moderate finish.

Lilliana Bermudez 3.5

Pleasant red fruit flavor, short and dry bourbon.

Kyler Giles 4.0

Sweet, with a spicy and dry finish.
