The sixth bourbon release from Kentucky Owl, this sourced Kentucky straight bourbon became available in September 2016. It is made up of 1634 bottles from eight barrels, which were re-casked into new, charred American oak between two and four years of age. The average age is 8-11 years, and it is bottled at 55.6% ABV, sold exclusively in Kentucky.

Smell of fruit and smoke. Spice and cinnamon too. Feels watery on the palate, spicy at first then quickly fades. Some notes of furniture polish. Dry. A good traditional bourbon. 10/18/18
