About this bottle
O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, produces Keeper's Heart American Pot Still Whiskey under the guidance of Master Distiller Brian Nation, formerly of Midleton Distillery in Ireland. Drawing inspiration from Irish single pot still whiskey, the mash bill is composed of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley. It is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured for four years in virgin American oak casks before bottling.
