Sourced primarily from growers in Ireland's southeast, Kalak Single Malt Vodka is produced from non-GMO barley. The malting process occurs in Cork, followed by milling, mashing, fermentation, and distillation in West Cork utilizing copper pot stills. The name Kalak is a phonetic rendering of "Cailleach," the winter goddess of Irish Celtic tradition.

A velvety, single malt vodka crafted by Patrick Shelley for Ireland's West Cork Distillery, established by Origin Spirits Ltd. It's made from 100% Irish malted barley and natural spring water, triple-distilled in pot stills, then barrel-aged before a final distillation. It presents a delicate beginning with hints of barley, malt, butter, and fresh lemon zest. Its creamy and robust middle reveals notes of shortbread, subtle fruits, and soft cream, leading to a thick and moist end with malty undertones. June 2019 / June 2022
