I tasted it straight from the freezer as suggested, and the horseradish essence was so potent it felt like a punch to the palate! I was uncertain if I could finish my serving, but it either softened or I adjusted. It possessed a pleasant honey sweetness at the conclusion. I'm eager to try this in a bloody mary!
