Joshua Tree Distilling Lost Horse Whiskey

Light fruity notes, possibly apricot, are detected, alongside malty flavors and something resembling almond. It's slightly sweet, but the wood notes primarily balance the nutty, malty character. It's intriguing and well-crafted, though not my preferred flavor profile.

Nose: Toasted berries, baking spices, and woody aromas. Palate: A warm, herbal character with a light mouthfeel. Finish: Oak lingers on a very smooth, light finish.
