Incredibly complex and distinctive. Firstly, this does not taste like it's 130 proof. If you told me it was 110 proof, I would be surprised it was that high. Spice enhances fruit, butter, toffee, and subtle nuttiness. It genuinely makes my mouth water. I detect a mild minerality, but nothing overwhelming.
