Aurora Masterson 3.5

The downside of these experimental bottles is that they only come in 200ml sizes. Because I would happily buy a full 750ml of any of them. The aroma of my neat pour was sweet and citrusy. I took a sip and quickly detected some mint, which was unexpected. Then the finish was long and peppery. However, that mint note vanished with subsequent sips and transformed into burnt marshmallow and molasses. At 92 proof, I find it quite approachable. Too bad the small bottle didn't last long!

Emmett Baltazar 4.3

The aroma is dominated by wood, raw and scorched, with toasted grains, fresh grass, and blooms. The flavor is notably different, much sweeter, with notes of vanilla and cocoa alongside the wood and toast.

Adelaide Key 4.0

On the nose, I detect a lot of wood and freshness. On the palate, I taste sugar, sweetness, and abundant wood.
