The bourbons in Jefferson's Ocean Aged At Sea collection typically spend six to eight years aging on land before their barrels embark on a sea voyage for several months. For Voyage 29, the bourbon selected was made using wheat as the secondary grain instead of rye. The OCEARCH research vessel's journey encompasses five continents and visits thirty ports. Voyage 29 Special Wheated Mash Bill, bottled at 90 proof, became available in August 2022.
