Among the first bottles I had when I started exploring different whiskeys. Noticing a subtle cherry sweetness I don't recall. The slight saline finish complements my cigar nicely this evening.

I really like this one. It has a smooth texture. Spice and vanilla appear first. The aroma is leather. Spice and oak continue throughout. A hint of salt comes at the end. It feels light but has a strong flavor all the way through. Simply excellent.
Ice: No Palate: Silky, moderately full, gently bold Aftertaste: Gentle, agreeable, lingering delightful crème brûlée, sweet toffee sensation remains.
Leather and candy apple on the aroma. A nice smooth taste of dark candy and leather. It finishes with some great fruity, walnut notes.
I'm not enjoying it! It has a strange wood taste, not from a barrel, but more like sawdust. No need to purchase again.
The finest bourbon I've tasted so far. Exceptionally smooth, sweet, with vanilla, and a warm sensation from start to finish. A velvety golden color.
