Jefferson's Bourbon in Louisville, Kentucky, has issued a limited release, Founder's Reserve 20 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon, to commemorate America's 250th anniversary. This 20-year Kentucky straight bourbon was finished in a French Bordeaux wine cask, inspired by Thomas Jefferson's tenure as U.S. Minister to France in 1787. It is bottled at cask strength, 94 proof, and is limited to 250 individually numbered and signed bottles. Sales commence June 30, 2026, via jeffersonsbourbon.com and select retailers, with a suggested price of $499.99.
