An intense Straight Bourbon from Chattanooga, Tennessee. It starts intensely with oak and spice notes, develops a complex character with baking spice, white pepper, nutmeg, hints of caramel, vanilla, and English toffee, and finishes long and woody with a touch of heat, coffee, and fine chocolate.
