COLOR: Vibrant orange-brown. LEGS: Very thin and clingy; small beads formed and then merged. Large, oily streaks slowly descended the glass, suggesting a rich, oily mouthfeel. NOSE: Moderate to Strong (3/5); sweet corn and spicy rye notes, with caramel, vanilla, honey, and maple syrup. A faint citrus undertone emerges, alongside notes of fresh tropical and dried fruits, and hints of licorice. It has a slightly herbal and grassy character. Despite the high alcohol content, there's no harshness, but rather a mature and mellow aroma. ADDING WATER (5 drops into 15mL): Releases a dusty, earthy scent and enhances the rye spice. Score 8/10 TASTE: Intensely powerful and warming (5/5); very sweet caramel. It coats the mouth but is dry. Flavors include sweet corn and spicy rye, caramel, port wine, and dark berries. Pepper and cinnamon are present on the back of the tongue, with drying oak and a touch of saltiness. ADDING WATER: Moderates the alcohol impact somewhat and intensifies all the flavors; excellent! Score 9.5/10 FINISH: Exceptionally long and very drying; a gentle sweetness persists. ADDING WATER: Similar, still very drying. Score 8/10 OVERALL: A magnificent whisky! Delightful and impressive in every aspect. Weighted score 8.9/10

Very potent. Adding a little water enhances the flavors, revealing beautiful fruit notes and even a trace of burnt match, offering a lively and vibrant experience. The aftertaste is lengthy and peppery. Superb.
The nose has notes of eggnog and coconut, while the palate offers barbecue sauce and cinnamon spice, with the typical rye kick. It finishes with a massive hit of dark chocolate and an oily texture. Excellent.
Reminiscent of Mellow Corn that matured in port barrels... a delightful variation. Quite enjoyable.
Sweet, with bourbon and corn notes, and a cask influence. Mild and sweet, yet balanced.
