About this bottle
Ish Limed Gin follows Ish London Dry Gin from The Poshmakers distillery, using an English grain spirit base. Nine botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, lime powder, ginger, bay leaves, and orris, are steeped in the spirit for 24 hours. After undergoing five distillations, the gin is bottled at 40% ABV.
