This bourbon is rich, creamy, and evokes feelings of a relaxing Saturday morning. The taste is heavily influenced by cereal grains, starting with a nose like buttered pancakes and maple syrup. While the caramel undertones common in many bourbons are present, the rich texture makes it unique, and the high proof elevates it further. The finish has notes of hard candy and lingering warmth, extending for a considerable time.

Despite its 65.1% ABV (130.2 proof), this drinks below that alcohol level. The aroma is rich with honey and perhaps graham cracker, accented by a touch of cinnamon and some nuttiness. The taste mirrors the nose, and the finish is incredibly long. My first experience with this brand has me curious about their other offerings. This was an excellent choice from a specific liquor store in Allen, TX.
Wow... the specific expression of single barrel isn’t listed. But this is some seriously amazing, complex bourbon.
