(Batch 2) Sweet apple and apricot are noticed first, with a slight tartness. It then softens to a light taste of tea with clove and oak on the finish. A sugary/fruity sweetness persists throughout. Itβs a really nice dram, similar to Bushmills (in a good way!).

This is a typical Irish whiskey, likely triple distilled. It's clean, light, and fresh. The nose is grassy, the palate is fruity, and the finish has a bit of spice, perhaps cloves? π€
Tasted after Bushmills 21, but it held its own: abundant vanilla and fruitiness. Delightful.
