Iowa Distilling Company Straight Bourbon Whiskey

A young bourbon with a texture of fresh, chewy grains and a very pleasing mouthfeel. The finish is a bit brief, and it could benefit from additional aging, but it's enjoyable nonetheless.

I'm not really enjoying this. To me, it has a strong plastic taste that kind of lingers. It sounds like people like it, but it's not quite my preference.

Considering it's only been aged for 2 years, it's pretty decent. I'm curious about future bottlings and hope they hold some barrels for extended aging.
