Tasted blind. Aroma: Sherry, cherry, fruity, with Christmas spices. Taste: spicy, sweet, umami, grassy. Suspected cask types: double cask, oloroso, and bourbon. Rating: 4 stars. Possible origins: Nikka? Hibiki?
