Inchgower 2007 10 Year Un-chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)

Nose: Light citrus, orange and pineapple over yeast dough. Palate: Citrus initially. Then, a warm mashed potato flavor that remains in your mouth. Revisiting the nose after tasting reveals more potato and bread aromas. Finish: Short to medium, with the same mashed potato note. A fascinating dram due to the mashed potato and dough flavors. It's also very approachable on the palate, considering its age and alcohol content.
