Nose: Buttered white rice. Lemon. Palate: Apple, melon, and grapefruit. Strange, but it works. Finish: Light and persists briefly. Quite distinct and, at 23% ABV, not overly strong. Pleasant and crisp. May not hold up as a mixer, but I'd be curious to try it with some Japanese Melon soda. Very affordable, around 20 dollars for a 375ml bottle.
