Spicy notes mingle with sweet vanilla and cocoa. As expected from a rye, the spice leads. The texture is full, and the flavors are distinct from the initial taste through the finish. Hints of leather and tobacco are present but remain subtle. I think it's a thoroughly pleasing drink for a reasonable cost. Additionally, it comes from a local producer, so they'll keep getting my business.
