A chili pepper heat lingers on the finish, which turns a bit tart towards the very end, reminiscent of dry vermouth. This is a decent dram, though a bit fiery on the finish. It presents a significant amount of fruit upfront, like berries and plums, but they lean towards the tart/unripe side. It's enjoyable, but the sourness on the finish prevents it from being a go-to for extended drinking.
