Fatima Bellamy 3.5

A clean, Scottish bison grass vodka created with grass harvested from the banks of the Thurso River close to the distillery in Caithness. However, Dunnet Bay actually needs to get the botanical from somewhere else since their local grass is protected! The spirit is also flavored with Highland apple vapor and apple juice. It begins aromatically with hints of herbs and spices; its rich and herbal middle layer offers notes of vanilla and chamomile, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish. July 2017

Pleasantly aromatic for a vodka.
