About this bottle
Cooper Spirits presented the third edition of Hochstadter's Vatted Straight Rye Whiskey in December 2020. This release, limited to 1500 cases, combines five North American straight rye whiskeys aged between 4 and 18 years from Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Canada. All component ryes were matured in American oak casks with an alligator char (#4). The whiskeys were vatted and allowed to marry before being proofed to 50% ABV.
