About this bottle
The first extension of Cooper Spirits' Slow & Low brand, this bottling is inspired by the traditional New Orleans coffee beverage, Café Brûlot. The Slow & Low brand initially launched in New Orleans. This expression is a collaboration with Intelligentsia Coffee and combines two-year-old straight rye whiskey with Intelligentsia Cold Coffee, which uses beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Peru. It also contains raw honey, demerara cane sugar, aromatic bitters, and orange peel. It was released at 40% ABV in September, 2021.
