About this bottle

HINE Bonneuil 2008 is the third offering in the Bonneuil series, a single vintage, single vineyard cognac from HINE's own estate, following the 2005 and 2006 vintages (the 2007 vintage was considered insufficiently expressive). This vintage produced just 16 casks, or 7,200 bottles, after aging in oak for a decade. Each label displays the bottling date (July 19, 2018), cask number, and bottle number. The US release was announced for November 2018.

Sage Whalen 4.0

From the 2006 vintage. Light, fresh, and fruity with mild spices and a hint of creme brulee. A very pleasant young Cognac.
