The Brunnur Distillery in Reykjavik, Iceland, produces Himbrimi Winterbird London Dry Gin. This gin uses Icelandic spring water and a grain spirits base, along with organic juniper berries, wild angelica flowers, and wild Arctic thyme. New York will be the first US market to receive this gin, with a September 2022 launch, followed by other markets later that year.

Potent with many dry herbs, likely from the tonic water. One brand of Indian tonic water kept it dry and typical. Another brand of Indian tonic water mixed to create a sweeter profile than either component alone. A third brand resulted in an unpleasant watery and floral mixture.
