Nose: Citrus mixed with grassy fields, lingering gas after butane dissipates, and a spicy onion or garlic sharpness (inhaling deeply reaches the back of the throat - perhaps because it's the Seoul edition?) Taste: A wave of very sweet sherry, followed by an intense sherry spice bomb that makes it difficult to hold for more than ten seconds. Finish: The moment you swallow, a gentle smoke flashes by, then a rich spice (from the high proof) flows in, leaving a gray cloud in your mouth. A well-aged 15-year-old sherry cask that evokes the gentle smoke of a traditional Korean house (hanok).
