Highland Park Single Cask Series: Cask of the Earth

From a limited release of 573 bottles... Sweet. The nose has floral notes, vanilla, figs, dates, raisins, stone fruits, sherry cask influence, berries, cinnamon, toffee, leather, apple, and brine. The palate is hot, fruity, and sweet, with flavors including cinnamon, raisin, caramel, vanilla, berry, figs, pepper, apple, and wood. It's delicious and complex, with a very fruity profile.

Tasted neat at the speakeasy with a friend. Wow, the aroma is very fruity with notes of raisins, dates, and figs. Ohh, on the palate, it's a wonderfully light and fruity burn with notes of candied apples. Delicious!
