Unfortunately, it starts strong with the nose, then the quality drops steadily on the palate, and it completely fails on the finish. For a spirit costing $600, it's thin, lacks complexity, and doesn't have a long finish at all. Honestly, if I had another brand's 18 year old blind next to it, I'm almost certain I would pick that one instead. Disappointing. It really confirms that this brand's non-age-statement offerings are not very good.
