Taste: Black licorice and dried fruit, complemented by sea salt and a rich treacle sweetness. A subtle hint of vegetal peat is present. Aftertaste: A pleasing bitterness with espresso bean and savory bacon fat notes. It has a good body and is very smooth. When diluted: The aroma gains sweeter fruits like strawberries and cherries. The taste retains its savory saltiness but gains a touch of honey. The only minor downside is the finish, which becomes noticeably shorter and less intense.
