Smells very clean and sweet. The initial taste is faint, but flavors emerge as it travels across the back of the tongue. Sadly, these are not flavors I enjoy; they actually made me grimace! It goes down smoothly and feels quite warm at the bottom, surprisingly so for a 95 proof. Consumed neat, as intended. Not my top pick, but I gave it a shot.
