No discernible oak presence. Not overly sweet. Well-balanced. FINISH - The chardonnay influence is most apparent on the finish. The conclusion might make you believe you just had some wine. SHOULD YOU BUY? - I was reluctant to purchase this, but I decided to go for it since my wife seems to like whiskey finished in wine casks. I'm curious to see how this evolves, even though the proof isn't very high. I believe this is a distinctive pour that warrants consideration. WOULD YOU BUY AGAIN? - No, but I will enjoy this bottle.
