Hidden Barn's Series Two is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced at MB Roland Distillery. Its mash bill is 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley, and it was distilled using a pot still. Jackie Zykan, the Master Blender, chose the ten barrels for this batch. Aged 5-6 years in wood-fired American white oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage, batch #1 is bottled at 112 proof and was available at select US retailers starting December 1, 2022. (SRP $74.99)

This bourbon transports me back to my youth, visiting the local general store to purchase tobacco. The bartender mentioned it had a cocoa profile, but upon smelling it, I was immediately reminded of King B twist tobacco. Truly unique and delightful.
