Aroma - sweet, classic bourbon scents of caramel, corn - not very strong or distinct in any particular direction Palate - sweetness is the main characteristic. Flavors of candy corn, some spice but not harsh at all - very smooth for a 116.8 proof, thinner mouthfeel but not unpleasant. Tastes like young bourbon Finish - medium to long, warm, satisfying Not bad for a $53 MGP product. It's a solid sipper but feels a tad young. I bet this would have been an outstanding bourbon if it was aged longer to get a more complex range of flavors from the oak

A rather straightforward, sweet bourbon with a touch of spice. The finish is acceptable and salvages the drink.
