Revival is the designated name for Bob Dylan and Heaven's Door's Tennessee Straight Bourbon, which matures for at least five years in new American oak barrels. These barrels are stored in single-story warehouses, and the bourbon is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration to preserve its flavor. The brand's core collection is also undergoing a visual update with new labels showcasing Dylan's metalwork. Despite being 92 proof, it wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. There's a touch of vanilla, but that's the extent of it. It's acceptable, but far from outstanding.
