About this bottle
The 2026 Heritage Collection release from Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, represents the oldest bourbon in this annual limited series since its inception in 2022. This bottling uses Heaven Hill's standard bourbon mash bill: 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. It consists of 270 barrels created in February, July, and August of 2003. Aged on the 5th and 6th floors of Rickhouse Y, the whiskey was bottled in December 2025 at barrel proof, 129.2 proof, without chill filtration. This non-chill filtered bourbon will be offered in restricted quantities starting March 2026.
