Heaven Hill American Whiskey 9 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

Batch 1 1 of 1,177 bottles Nose: Sweetness, pastry, oak, nutty aromas. Palate: A 'hot' sensation initially, with spicy notes (black pepper and baking spices), citrus, and apple. Finish: Milk chocolate, a slightly herbal quality, and a citrusy aftertaste. The overall impression is of a warm and spicy dram, which is quite pleasant but has a slightly thin mouthfeel.

Not a fan of straight corn whiskey. I’ve experienced much better from Heaven Hill.
