This is an outstanding bottling. It possesses a wonderfully creamy and viscous texture on the palate. The interplay of fruit notes, caramel, vanilla, and barrel char is exceptionally well-executed. A truly excellent pour.

Decent, but not outstanding. A more sophisticated Elijah Craig, though not nearly as good as some of the barrel-proof EC options that cost less than $80.
Hints of apricot and peach.
