About this bottle
The Hayman family, England's longest-serving gin distillers since 1861, released this expression in 2014 to honor 19th-century London gin palaces and the practice of barrel-aging. Utilizing an 1850 recipe and 10 botanicals—juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, cinnamon root, cassia bark, orris root, licorice, and nutmeg—this limited run of 5,000 bottles was aged for three weeks in American oak barrels that had previously held Scotch whisky.
