Assuming the current Hayman's Cordial Gin is identical to the original, just in different packaging, it's a nicely balanced and pleasant overall experience. Neat, it has light juniper and citrus with a sweet warmth and a subtle hint of spices; it's quite sweet but still very drinkable with tonic water. It might be better suited for cocktails like a gimlet.
