About this bottle
The gold rum known as Havana Club Professional Edition C was developed in partnership with bartenders Alex Kratena and Carina Soto Velasquez, alongside Havana Club rum master Asbel Morales. This "rich and raw gold" rum combines young aguardientes with older rum bases that have aged for up to 12 years in large white oak barrels. Bottled at 100 proof, Professional Edition C debuted in October 2019 and is exclusively offered at prominent cocktail establishments worldwide, including in the UK, France, Greece, and Cuba.
