A complex Brandy from Cognac, France, made from a mix of 25 different Fins Bois, Bons Bois & Petite Champagne Crus; aged for 7 years in lightly toasted Limousin oak casks. It has an aromatic start with notes of stone fruits, nuts, wood, herbs & spices; a young phase adds dried apricot, orange zest & anise; leading to a complex, medium-length finish with notes of oak, vanilla, cedar, nutmeg & sweet almonds.
