A very bright, fruity aroma with a hint of citrus. The taste is immediately light and clearly reflects the low proof, but it has a savory palate with notes of pastries, sugar, and butter. No burn, as expected, but as someone who usually drinks high proof spirits, this is growing on me as a sipper. I'm eager to see how its flavors interact with vodka-based cocktails.
