A prominent cedar aroma from the beginning, built upon a strong rye foundation. It retains much from its time in new oak barrels, leading to a flavorful finish without excessive heat. A distinctive bourbon flavor enjoyed neat.
I detect cinnamon notes. The nose is very intense. This one is harsh on the palate.
Leather and tobacco. Tasty for a 90 proof spirit.
Potent, with notes of caramel and oak.
