About this bottle

Guillon-Painturaud, a family-operated grower/producer established in 1610, cultivates only ugni blanc grapes on its estate located in the Grand Champagne region of Cognac. Line Guillon-Painturaud is recognized as one of the few female master distillers in the Cognac industry. Following the harvest, grapes are pressed, fermented, and twice-distilled on the lees. The spirit is initially aged for six months in new Tronçais French oak, then transferred to Limousin oak. Their Hors d'Age bottling represents an average maturation of 30 years. It is presented un-chillfiltered, with no added coloring, additives, or boise.
