Suitable for cocktails, better than sloe gin in my view (less medicinal) but looks quite like tomato juice.

About this bottle
Greenhook Ginsmiths' American Dry Gin serves as the base for this liqueur, which is then macerated with Beach Plums for seven months. A small quantity of Turbinado sugar is incorporated, and the product is bottled at 30% ABV. Beach plums, a scarce wild plum variety indigenous to the eastern US coast, are sourced by Greenhook from Long Island, New York. This beverage is crafted in a style similar to Sloe Gin, which is also made using plums (sloe berries are a type of plum).
