A substantial Single Malt Scotch originating from the Highlands of Scotland. It's a composition of 20 scarce casks, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in unique casks for no less than 31 years, bottled at 80 proof. The aroma begins with notes of grain, fruit, wood, and spices. Its rich and full character introduces flavors of spicy toffee, orange, raisin, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla, mingling with oak. The conclusion is lengthy and harmonious, featuring notes of sherry and leather. December 2021 / August 2022.
