While visiting Frankenmuth Mi., I stopped at a local shop. I was undecided between the dark rum or their Bourbon. (In retrospect, I regret not buying both) I asked the sales associate for advice on a smooth sipping spirit, neat as usual. She recommended the dark rum, and I have no regrets. I'm not an expert, but I like this a lot! It has a fresh aroma, tastes sweet, with no harshness or bitter aftertaste. It goes down warm and smooth. Honestly, I can't recall the exact price; I also got a bottle of their vodka, and the total was between $90 and $100. Both were very good!
