Alvaro Duarte 4.3

This potato vodka, produced by Grand Teton Distillery in Driggs, Idaho, is made near the Tetons. It's distilled numerous times (around 20), proofed in small batches with mountain water, filtered through charcoal and garnet crystal sand, and bottled at 80 proof. It costs $22 and features a new bottle label. The nose is earthy and sweet, soft, floral, and nutty. It coats the glass and mouth. The taste is sweet and soft, with flowery ethanol. The finish is dry and grassy, with rye notes. It's easy to enjoy at room temperature, even better cold, and good on its own. It's flavorful for a neutral spirit, and better than most vodkas.

Boyd Corey 4.8

A very distinctive vodka. Clean with a slightly viscous texture. It concludes with notes resembling cloves, plantains, and bananas. Finding a superior vodka, particularly given the cost, is difficult. This deserves to be enjoyed straight or with ice. Adding anything beyond a lime wedge would be a disservice to the drink.

Kane Higgins 5.0

The finest vodka I've ever encountered. No additions required.
